We are building Changemakers, entrepreneurs and innovators.
Schule Z is the Africa’s biggest innovation and entrepreneurship competition, in which high school students between the ages of 8 and 18 compete to solve problems with global impact.
With the support of volunteer mentors and parents, teens work in teams to build startups that address real-world problems.
Mission & vision
We strongly believe that wealth creation is the key to ending poverty. We are partnering with governments, the private sector, and financial supporters to equip 50 million youth with digital skills and entrepreneurship training by 2030.
Our vision is to create an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to get into business sooner by providing an outlet for students to showcase their ideas, collaborate with their peers, and gain valuable partnerships.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Africa has a unique chance to lead in emerging sectors. Despite studying a variety of subjects, students often lack exposure to emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, global leadership, and practical skills.
